December - Christmas WhatsApp Campaign T&Cs

• The prize draw is open to EMR N Account customers only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and legal residents of the United Kingdom.
• EMR employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• The qualifying period runs from Monday 8 December 2025 to Wednesday 24 December 2025 (inclusive).
• The prize draw will take place on Monday 12 January 2026.
• To enter, customers must scan the campaign QR code and complete the online entry form, providing their first name, surname, account number, mobile number, preferred depot and WhatsApp opt-in.
• Only one entry per customer is permitted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• National Grand Prize: £500 supermarket gift card.
• Depot Runner-Up Prizes: One winner per depot, each receiving a £20 supermarket gift card (60 prizes total).
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• Winners will be selected at random on or around 12 January 2026.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.
• Prizes must be collected from the customer’s registered EMR depot or via another method agreed with EMR.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, EMR reserves the right to re-draw and allocate the prize to another entrant.
• Customers may also enter by post. Postal entries must include full legal name, address (no PO Boxes), postcode, email address, mobile number, N Account number and the campaign name “EMR Christmas WhatsApp Prize Draw 2025”.
• Postal entries must be sent to: Marketing Department, EMR, Sirius House, Delta Crescent, Westbrook, Warrington WA5 7NS.
• Postal entries must be received by Wednesday 24 December 2025.
• Only one postal entry per envelope is permitted. Each valid postal entry counts as one prize draw entry.
• Illegible, incomplete, corrupted, late or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
• EMR is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged entries, or for technical issues preventing entry.
• This promotion is free to enter and is not a lottery.
• EMR reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
