Customer Survey Prize Draw terms and conditions

  • The Promoter is European Metal Recycling Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 2955266, with its registered office at Sirius House, Delta Crescent, Westbrook, Warrington WA5 7NS ("EMR").
  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of EMR, their immediate families, agents, or any third party professionally connected with the prize draw.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • To enter, participants must complete the EMR Customer Feedback Survey in full and provide a valid email address.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • The prize draw closes at 23:59 on Sunday 29th June 2025. Entries received outside of these dates will not be entered into the prize draw.
  • There is one prize of a £200 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  • Amazon is not a sponsor of this prize draw.
  • Should you qualify as an applicable account holder you do not have to follow the pre-defined process and can instead write or type your full, legal name, home address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, phone number (optional), email address and your “N” account number along with the Campaign Name / Prize Draw name you wish to enter (for example, “Customer Feedback 2025”), on either a postcard or letter.
  • Post the completed entry to - Marketing Department, EMR, Sirius House, Delta Crescent, Westbrook, Warrington WA5 7NS
  • All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before the applicable entry period end time/date to be valid. The cut-off date for receipt is Sunday 29th June 2025.
  • The winner will be drawn and announced on or around 9th July 2025.
  • Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard. Each eligible entry received via the alternate method of entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the Prize Draw, with effect from the date that an entry is received and processed.
  • No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted.
  • Illegible entries are void.
  • EMR are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by the last day of the applicable entry period.
  • Only accurate and complete entries submitted during the entry period and received by EMR are eligible. Any incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and ineligible to win. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
  • EMR is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, or for other submission problems of any kind, whether caused by mechanical, human or electronic error, all of which are void and ineligible to win.
  • Additionally, EMR is not responsible for any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
  • This campaign is a prize draw and is not a lottery of any kind.
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 30th June 2025.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date using the email address provided on entry.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will be processed in accordance with EMR’s Privacy Policy https://uk.emrgroup.com/privacy-policy.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This prize draw is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
