TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Prize draw runs until 31/05/25.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a legal UK resident.
  • All customers who open a new account and weigh in a load will be automatically entered into the prize draw, with one entry per account.
  • Alternatively, send your entry titled “EMR Rochester Selco Prize Draw” and include your full name, postal address inc. post code (PO box addresses not accepted), phone number, email address and your “N” account number on a postcard or letter to – Marketing Department, EMR, Sirius House, Delta Crescent, Warrington WA5 7NS.
  • All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before 31.05.25.
  • Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard. Each eligible entry received via the alternate method of entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the Prize Draw, with effect from the date that an entry is received and processed.
  • Winners will be drawn on or around 1st June 2025.
  • Prizes are: (1.) £250 (2.) £100 (3.) £50 to spend at Selco. These will be provided to the winners in the form of a credit note.
  • No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
  • No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted, and illegible entries will be considered void.
  • EMR are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by the last day of the applicable entry period.
  • Only accurate and complete entries submitted during the entry period and received by Promoter are eligible. Any incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and ineligible to win. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter.
  • Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, or for other submission problems of any kind, whether caused by mechanical, human or electronic error, all of which are void and ineligible to win.
  • Additionally, Promoter is not responsible for any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
  • This campaign is a prize draw and is not a lottery of any kind.
  • No fee for entry is required and no cash alternative for the suggested prize is available.
  • Three winners will be picked at random across our customers and all manual written entries will also be added to this process.
  • Entrants take responsibility for ensuring the email address or mobile phone number they provide is correct.
  • Winners will be contacted on or around 1st June 2025 and announced on our social media channels.
