Prize draw runs until 03.03.25
You can only enter this promotional prize draw if you are aged 18 years or over and are a legal resident in the United Kingdom
Selected customers who bring in any whole or part intact vehicle requiring depollution and delivered to the ELV facility during the qualifying period, and whose EMR account is in good standing, will automatically be entered, with each vehicle being considered as a separate entry
Alternatively, you can also enter the prize draw by following the process below: write or type your full, legal name, home address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, phone number (optional), email address and your “N” account number along with the Campaign Name / Prize Draw name you wish to enter (for example, “Cheltenham Festival Prize Draw”), on either a postcard or letter
Post the completed entry to – Marketing Department, EMR, Sirius House, Delta Crescent, Westbrook, Warrington WA5 7NS
All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before the applicable entry period end time/date to be valid. The cut-off date for receipt is 3rd March 2025
Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard. Each eligible entry received via the alternate method of entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the Prize Draw, with effect from the date that an entry is received and processed
The winner will be drawn on or around 4th March 2025
No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted
Illegible entries are void
EMR are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by the last day of the applicable entry period
You can enter by the alternative method of entry as many times as you wish so long as you don’t exceed the applicable maximum Entry Limit of one entry per postal mailing. Therefore, by example 20 postcards individually posted shall be acceptable, however 20 postcards mailed in one envelope will not qualify or be accepted
Only accurate and complete entries submitted during the entry period and received by Promoter are eligible. Any incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and ineligible to win. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter
Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, or for other submission problems of any kind, whether caused by mechanical, human or electronic error, all of which are void and ineligible to win
Additionally, Promoter is not responsible for any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties
This campaign is a prize draw and is not a lottery of any kind
No fee for entry is required and no cash alternative for the suggested prize is available
One winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries and all manual written entries will also be added to this process
Entrants take responsibility for ensuring the email address or mobile phone number they provide is correct
The winner will receive two (2) Premium Marquee Hospitality Tickets to the Cheltenham Festival 2025 (Cheltenham Racecourse, Evesham Rd, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 4SH, UK) for Thursday 13th March, 2025
Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize
Once contacted, the Winner has 24 hours in which to claim their prize, otherwise the prize will be redrawn, and a new winner contacted
The Winner must agree to the use and sharing of their name and photograph by EMR, through various external communications channels
