ON ARRIVAL
The entrance to our yard can be found half way down Whitewall Road. When you arrive, please park outside in the queue, walk into the yard and head to the weighbridge office window. We will advise you on our easy process and make sure you are set up with an account and ready to go.

The following items cannot be accepted at EMR Rochester:
Fridges, freezers
Beer kegs / casks
Dairy trolleys / cages
Sealed cylinders — unless they have come through authorised routes
Shopping trolleys
Pay, your way
Getting paid for recycling should be simple and fast. At EMR you can choose from payment direct to your bank from your customer portal, or get paid instantly with the SecOre card. Spend anywhere Mastercard is accepted, withdraw cash at ATMs, or withdraw on-site at selected EMR yards.
Please note: Charges apply for BACS transfer, on-site ATM transactions, and adding money to SecOre payment card.
