We know customers love our SecOre card as it's fast, safe and easy to use. It works anywhere you see the Mastercard logo, in the UK or abroad, with low load fees and free ATM withdrawals - helping you keep more of your money.

Now there’s a new way to benefit. When you refer a pal, family member or workmate who scraps at EMR, you both get £10 added to your SecOre cards once they activate and use theirs.

It’s quick, simple and a great way to earn a little extra – just for spreading the word.

Here’s how it works

Simply ask your mate to:

  • Ask for a SecOre card at their local EMR.
  • Activate the card using the link in their welcome text.
  • Tell them to enter your 6-digit SecOre Card ID when prompted during their sign up - it’s safe to share.

Once they’re all set up...

    • You’ll get £10 added to your card once they load £249.
      • They’ll get £10 added to their card when they load £599. Simple.

You can refer up to 25 mates – that’s up to £250 for you.

If they forget to enter your code at the start, don’t worry, they’ve still got a few days to add it to their account via the Settings page.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Overview
    1. The SecOre Referral Program (“Program”) is a promotional offer by SecOre (“we”, “our”, or “us”) that allows eligible cardholders to refer new customers and receive rewards.
    2. By participating in the Program, both the Referrer and the Referee agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    3. We reserve the right to start, suspend, modify, or terminate the Program with reasonable notice to participants where practicable.
  2. Definitions
    1. Referrer: A current SecOre cardholder who shares their unique Card ID (S-number) to refer new customers.
    2. Referee: A new SecOre cardholder who enters a valid Card ID from a Referrer during or shortly after account activation.
  3. Eligibility
    1. The Referrer must hold an active, non-suspended SecOre card at the time the referral is made and when rewards are distributed.
    2. The Referee must be a new SecOre cardholder who has not previously registered or activated a SecOre card.
    3. Referrals are valid only when a Referee enters a valid Card ID (S-number) from a Referrer during the activation process or within five (5) days after activation via the Settings page of their account.
    4. Referrals cannot be submitted after the 5-day grace period.
    5. A Referrer may refer up to 25 individuals, but may be subject to reward caps or review at our discretion.
  4. Referral Process
    1. New cardholders will be prompted to enter a Referrer’s Card ID (S-number) during their account activation.
    2. If no Card ID is entered at activation, Referees may still enter one via the Settings page for up to 5 days after card activation.
    3. Once validated, and provided the Referee’s card remains active, the Referrer becomes eligible for a reward.
  5. Rewards
    1. Referrer Reward: Referrers will receive a reward once the referred Referee loads a minimum of £249 onto their SecOre card. Upon qualification, the Referrer will be notified via SMS or WhatsApp, and the reward will be credited to their SecOre account within 5 business days.
    2. Referee Reward: Referees who load £599 or more onto their SecOre card will receive a £10 credit, which will be automatically applied to their SecOre balance following verification.
    3. All rewards are subject to eligibility, verification, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse any reward in the event of actual or suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
    4. We may amend the reward structure, qualification criteria, or method of notification with reasonable notice to participants where practicable. Any such changes will not affect rewards already earned under prior terms, unless disqualified under clause 6.
  6. Program Integrity
    1. Referrals suspected of fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the Program (including self-referrals or sharing Card IDs on public coupon or incentive sites) may be disqualified at our sole discretion.
    2. Any violation of these Terms may result in forfeiture of rewards and/or account suspension.
  7. Discretion and Termination
    1. We may suspend, modify, or cancel the Program - or any participant’s involvement - at any time, without liability.
    2. Changes to the Program will not affect rewards already earned under previous terms unless fraudulent activity is detected.
    3. Participation in the Program does not guarantee any reward and is subject to eligibility review.
  8. Taxes and Reporting
    1. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards received. We do not withhold taxes on referral rewards.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    1. Our total liability for any claims related to this Program shall not exceed the amount of rewards actually paid to the claimant.
    2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this Program.
  10. Privacy
    1. Participation in the Program requires sharing your Card ID with others. You are responsible for how and with whom you share it.
    2. Personal data collected through the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at secorepay.com/privacy.
  11. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the United Kingdom laws and regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
    2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program.
    3. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in London, England.
  12. General Provisions
    1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersede all prior communications.
    3. Amendment: These Terms may only be amended by us in writing with reasonable notice to participants where practicable.
    4. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
