On arrival
The entrance to the Ashford depot can be found on Brunswick Road, opposite the Junction with Carlton Road. If you keep the household recycling centre on your right, keep heading down Brunswick Road and we are also on the right opposite the junction with Carlton Road. If you are bringing non-ferrous metals, please enter the second gate just past our main gate. For scrap cars and ferrous metals please use the main gate and report to the weighbridge.

Non-ferrous metal — Aluminium, brass, bronze, copper, lead, nickel alloys, stainless steel, tin, titanium, zinc
Scrap vehicles (ELVs)
Vehicle batteries
Catalytic converters
Cables
Large domestic appliances — Cookers / ovens, dishwashers, tumble dryers, washing machines
UPVC window frames (glass and kick panels removed)
The following materials are not accepted:
Fridges, freezers
Dairy trolleys / cages
Shopping trolleys
Beer kegs / casks
Sealed cylinders - unless they have come through authorised routes
Pay, your way
Getting paid for recycling should be simple and fast. At EMR you can choose from payment direct to your bank from your customer portal, or get paid instantly with the SecOre card. Spend anywhere Mastercard is accepted, withdraw cash at ATMs, or withdraw on-site at selected EMR yards.
Please note: Charges apply for BACS transfer, on-site ATM transactions, and adding money to SecOre payment card.
