From the M1 (North or South)
Leave the M1 at Junction 28 and follow signs for Alfreton / Derby (A38). Continue on the A38 and take the first left exit onto Clovernook Industrial Estate, Somercotes. Take the next left at the mini roundabout, followed by a right turn at the T-junction for Somercotes. The site is located within easy reach of the main industrial areas.
From the A38
Travelling northbound or southbound on the A38, take the exit for Clovernook Industrial Estate towards Somercotes. The site is a short drive from the A38, with straightforward access for all vehicle types.
From Mansfield
Take the A38 westbound towards Alfreton. After Junction 28 (M1), take the first exit for Clovernook Industrial Estate, then take the next left at the mini roundabout, followed by a right turn at the T-junction for Somercotes.
From Chesterfield
Head south via the A61, then join the A38 towards Mansfield. Take the second exit for Clovernook Industrial Estate towards Somercotes. The site is a short drive from the A38, with straightforward access for all vehicle types.
