ON ARRIVAL
Once you’ve entered the yard, please drive down the slip road. If you are bringing ferrous metals (mainly iron), please pull onto the weighbridge and report to reception. If you are bringing other metals, please drive straight ahead to the non-ferrous area. If you are a new customer that requires an account please park in the car parking spaces and report to reception.

Non-ferrous metal — Aluminium, brass, bronze, copper, lead, nickel alloys, stainless steel, tin, titanium, zinc
Scrap vehicles (ELVs)
Alloy wheels
Vehicle batteries
Catalytic converters
Cables
Large domestic appliances — Cookers / ovens, dishwashers, tumble dryers, washing machines
UPVC window frames (glass and kick panels removed)
The following materials are not accepted:
Fridges, freezers
Beer kegs / casks
Dairy trolleys / cages
Sealed cylinders — unless they have come through authorised routes
Shopping trolleys

Getting paid for recycling should be simple and fast. With EMR you can choose from payment direct to you bank, cheque cashing on-site, or opt for a SecOre payment card; to use wherever you see the Mastercard symbol.
Please note: Charges apply for BACS transfer, cheque cashing, on-site ATM transactions, and adding money to SecOre payment card.
